2.3. In the event of cancellation, please notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to avoid cancellation fees.

3.3. If the assembly site is not ready upon our arrival, additional fees may apply for rescheduled appointments.
4.1. While we strive to provide high-quality service, Jersey City
Furniture Assembly is not liable for any damage to furniture or property resulting from
assembly work, unless caused by negligence on our part.
4.2. Our assembly services come with a limited warranty against defects in workmanship for a period of 30 days from the date of assembly. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or modifications to the assembled furniture.
5.1. You are responsible for providing accurate information about the furniture to be assembled, including its size, weight, and any special requirements.
5.2. You must ensure that all parts and hardware necessary for assembly are provided and in good condition.
5.3. It is your responsibility to inspect the assembled furniture upon completion and notify us immediately of any issues or concerns.
6.1. We are reserves the right to refuse or terminate service if we deem the assembly site to be unsafe or if the customer fails to comply with these Terms.
6.2. In the event of termination of service, any fees paid in advance will be refunded, minus any costs incurred by the Company.
7.1. We are reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. The amended Terms will be effective upon posting on our website.
7.2. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any changes. Continued use of the Service after amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the state of New Jersey, United States.
9.1. Jersey City Furniture Assembly reserves the right to utilize outside contractors to complete the assembly project, as deemed necessary by the Company. These contractors will adhere to the same standards of professionalism and quality as our in-house technicians.
9.2. By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge and consent to the involvement of outside contractors in the completion of the assembly service, where applicable.
